IMANI VILLAGE HOTEL

 

• There is a need for a hotel due to the newly constructed Gately Center less than a mile away, that is seeking to become a national NCAA sports competition center in the area of track. Other revenue drivers have been identified which supports a Hotel. 

• It will also be a place to host church and other organizational meetings.

• We have completed two professional Feasibility Studies with the focus being a boutique African American, culturally expressive hotel, and preliminary discussions have been held with possible Hotel Brands. Our consultant is Panther Hospitality, LLC.

• The Hotel will be a focus of Career Development for Hotel Management and other related careers in the Hospitality Industry.
